Short-Term Rentals
Application process and required submittals. Provide a completed annual permit application, including:
 
(1) A safety/egress plan, to be posted in the proposed short-term rental unit in a visible location and on the back of each bedroom door of a bedroom occupied by a renter.

(2) A parking layout plan identifying where parking is to be located.

(3) A garbage removal plan.
 
The name and contact information of the owner shall be provided to the ZEO and shall be posted in the short-term rental unit. Both the owner and the renter will be responsible for addressing rental issues and compliance with short-term rental requirements within 24 hours. The owner must notify the ZEO of any changes in short-term renter contact information and posted notice in the short-term rental unit shall be revised accordingly.
